Italian bikemaker Titici gives their aluminum gravel bike an integrated makeover, tucking all your cables out of sight and prepping for bigger adventures with the new All-In. Handmade in northern Italy just under Lago di Garda, the  completely overhauled alloy Titici All-In gravel bike is more capable and comfortable than ever, with one of the cleanest setups you’ll find on any aluminum bike.

We know Titici best for the super-flat Flexy toptubes of their carbon bikes, but the alloy version of their GR gravel family offers a more affordable option for riders looking for mixed-surface and bikepacking adventure. Also made entirely in Italy, the new All-In now even gets full internal cable routing like their Vento road bike, before the carbon gravel bikes. Yet it still retains the premium custom options like custom sizing and paint, too.

The Titici All-In gravel bike is welded in Italy from a new custom shaped & double-butted Dedacciai 7000-series aluminum tubeset behind a new straight headtube that allows the internal routing. The alloy frame takes advantage of a new entry-level FSA Simple Cable Routing system (SRS) 1.5″ headset.

No need for fancy integrated ACR/ICR cockpits with complex internal routing, the simple new SRS setup tidies the front end for mechanical or electronic drivetrains, without getting overly complicated. Fully integrated cockpit options will also be available for gravellers looking to go completely hidden with cable routing.

While certainly not as dramatically-flat as their Plate Absorber Tech carbon frames, Titici says they worked with Dedacciai to slightly flatten the alloy toptube for increased vertical compliance and lateral rear end stiffness. That also means more room for tires, up to 700x44mm or 650x48mm now.

In addition to the stiffer front end that comes with the larger SRS-ready headtube, Titici has redesigned the rear end of the new bike.  A tiny 30mm drop of the seatstays gave Titici more room to better manage the seat cluster welds, with side benefits of a bit more comfort, more space around the rear tire, and a boost in ultimate rear end stiffness.

Newly curved chainstays double up the same incremental improvements, with the asymmetric design that tucks in the rear brake mount on the non-driveside chainstay.

The new gravel bike also gets updated with an adventure-ready full carbon bikepacking fork, featuring 3-pack cage mounts and full coverage fender mounting. The frame aluminum itself sticks with just two standard main triangle bottle cage bosses, but the rear end includes mounts for a full-coverage fender and a rear rack.

The All-In is compatible with 1x & 2x drivetrains and features 12mm thru-axles, flat mount disc brakes, 31.6mm seatpost, a replaceable alloy derailleur hanger, and a threaded BSA bottom bracket.

The new alloy gravel bike is still available in the same five stock sizes (XS-XL) as the Flexy F-GR02 carbon gravel bike, but Titici keeps the possibility for custom-fit bikes beyond that range.

No official word yet on the new All-In’s pricing. But we expect it to be just slightly higher than the 2100€ frame & fork of its predecessor. (We’ll update when we know more, including the complete Italian build pricing.)

Update: Titici has updated us on the All-In’s pricing, and just as expected, the frameset comes in at 2290€.
